When to pick it
The house design. One saturated accent against a near-black ground, used for exactly one thing at a time — the send button, or the active message, never both. The restraint is what makes it read as expensive.
How it is built
A single accent token drives the fill, the focus ring and the caret. Changing one hex re-skins the entire widget, which is the test of whether a palette is actually systematic.
Accessibility
Amber on near-black is 11.9:1 as text and is also safe as a fill with dark text at 12.4:1 — one of the few accents that works both ways.
Every design in this gallery states that it is an AI assistant at the start of the conversation and honours prefers-reduced-motion. Neither is configurable, because both are obligations rather than preferences.
