Sources are ordered by id and concatenated the same way every time, so the cached prefix stays byte-identical. Reordering would cost you the cache.

Isolation

Instructions are not data

Your text is wrapped in tagged blocks and the model is told it is reference material, never commands. It has no tools, so there is nothing for an injection to reach.

Editing

Change one paragraph

Update a policy and the next answer already reflects it. There is no reindex, no rebuild and no waiting.
