Answering questions
Two companies see your knowledge text and your visitors' messages, because answering a question requires both.
Every request we send is restricted to providers that do not store inputs or train on them. If no provider meets that condition for a model, we do not use that model.
- OpenRouter — United States. Routes each request to the company that runs the model.
- Alibaba Cloud — headquartered in Singapore, with data centres in Singapore and China. Runs Qwen 3.7 Flash, the model chatbots use by default.
Running the service
Our servers, database and backups. Everything we store lives here, in the European Union.
Email — sign-in links, receipts, quota warnings — is sent from our own mail servers on the same infrastructure. No email company processes it.

Payments
Card payments for your subscription. You enter card details on Paystack's own page; they never reach our servers. Paystack sees no visitor data.

If you choose to
Signing in with Google is optional. If you use it, Google handles that sign-in under its own terms and receives nothing about your visitors.
Changes
Before we add or replace a sub-processor — including changing the default model, which changes who runs it — we notify account holders by email and update this page. Under the Data Processing Agreement you may object.
